Here's whats happening

Hi Heroes,
Sorry for the long time between updates, I appreciate your patience. I will make sure that I am updating more frequently going forward. I've had tunnel vision over the past few months and have been focussing only on what will get your games to you. Very soon I plan to do another Livestream to answer any and all questions you may have.
Progress:
Here's what's been happening: my friend and graphic designer Matt Paquette (you can see his work on a number of published AEG games) has been helping to turn my photoshop files into pre-ready InDesign files. For my part I under-estimated what it would take to turn my finished photoshop files (which worked great for creating my prototypes I use at conventions) into actual print-ready documents that allow for future expansions to be handled much more easily and quickly. This process has added extra time but ultimately paves the way for more expedient creation of future game assets. The hundreds of visual elements involved in making this game all had to be reorganized, sorted into libraries and processed so that they can be efficiently used in different documents from punch-board layouts to reference cards, and rule and scenario books. With Matt's help we've nearly completed the task.
Here is what remains of the pre-press work:
Completing layout of scenario book (in-Progress)
Final rulebook tweaks (latest version linked below)
Spot UV setup for game board
Copy for back of box finalized
Other stuff that's happening:
Sending off final specs today to Panda GM. This couldn't be finished until all of the punchboards, rulebook length, final card totals etc. were known specifically. This allows Panda to invoice final numbers so payment can be made to them to begin production.
We should have dice samples to look at from Panda soon, along with revised models for the minis. I will share these as soon as I have them.
Here are a few characters you'll be meeting in the Scenario book (thanks to Kamila once again for some inspiring artwork:
some new friends...
And here are the final card backs which I shared on Facebook but apparently not on here:
Final Card backs: exploration and world events
Final Coin Model from Anton
Tentative timeline:
There has been some grumbling in the comments thread by a small but vocal minority regarding timelines, etc. Please understand that a specific timeline is impossible until production has actually begun. This process will start VERY soon. With that in mind and based on my discussions with Panda, it looks like the ships will be on the water with the game probably around July with any luck which means fulfillment will happen late August or september. I know this is far from ideal but it is what it is. But I PROMISE you that you will get your games as soon as humanly possible.
Accountability:
It breaks my heart that I need to address this issue. Those who know me, have met me and interacted with me around this game either at conventions or other events, know that this project is very literally my entire life right now. Quodd Heroes occupies my time and my energy to such an extent that the rest of my life and relationships have suffered. I knew this when I began and embrace the challenges. When my commitment is questioned and accusations are made I consider it a personal affront that I don't take lightly. Every backer that pledged to this project either on Kickstarter, or Backerkit or through Spieleschmiede is appreciated, and valued. I literally and obviously could not do this without you!
That's all for now. I will be posting the latest version of the rulebook later today and the scenario book as soon as its done (Friday at the latest).
Until next time!

Hello Heroes,
Thanks for hanging in there with me. We are getting very close to an important milestone: the delivery of the print files to Panda is imminent. I won't go into a lot of details but I promise to have more info very soon. In the meantime here is the next version of the Rulebook for you guys to look at (and tear apart). Note that I haven't managed to get to all of the edits you guys suggested yet but that will be happening tomorrow. Also look for the scenario book very soon. I'm excited to finally share it with you guys.
Here is the link to the rules on dropbox: Rulebook v1.4
Here is a piece art in case you haven't been following along on Facebook:

Hi Heroes,
Below is a dropbox link to the Rulebook as it is right now. A few things remain to be added including reference for sheep movement, moving platforms, the box contents graphic and the introductory story. Those things will be finished soon. After speaking with Matt at Panda I've decided as suggeted by many of you, to separate the scenario book from the main rulebook. I will follow up with a version of the scenario book as soon as its ready to show.
For this version of the rulebook I'm looking for you feedback on everything. This includes typos, how good of a job it does at teaching you how to play and anything else you can think of. My hope is that its doing a pretty good job teaching...Please let me know if I'm right.
Here is the DropBox link: You may comment directly on the PDF.
Best regards as we get much closer to the end of the pre-production journey.
Cheers!

Hi everyone!
Hope your holidays were wonderful and 2018 is off to a great start for all of you. =)
You'll all be happy to know Panda has finally sent revisions to the sculpts and we're in the process on getting the corrections done. Yay!
We're also preparing for translation right now and would like to have the volunteers who'd previously offered to help with language localization and proofreading come forward. We're mainly looking for help with French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, and Chinese, but will consider other languages as well if you're keen! French will be our priority as those will be going to print. Please email [email protected] and include your language in the subject title if you're still interested in helping. We'll give you the details through email.
Finally, Quodd Heroes is in the running for the 20 Most Anticipated Board Games of 2018 in 3 categories!
We're being nominated for Cooperative, Solitaire, and Family & Children's games. Please vote for us! It'd mean so much for us to get the exposure. Just click on this link, do a search (Ctrl + F for Windows and Command + F for Mac) for Quodd Heroes, check the boxes, and click on vote at the bottom of the post.
