I wanted to reach out to all of you to let you know that this Friday, Aug 21st I will be hosting a Zoom call to discuss the upcoming 2nd edition for Quodd Heroes. Behind the scenes, I've been working with Rustan Håkansson (Designer of Nation, Cities: Skylines, and others) and Mike Berry (co-developer on Quodd Heroes) to take Quodd Heroes to the next level. I'm pretty excited to share what we've been working on and testing and hear what you think. I'm also hoping to have some basic print-and-play files ready to share with you guys so you can try some of the changes for yourselves.

Hey guys,
I wanted to reach out to you guys directly (and exclusively) to let you know what's been happening and what the status is on your hand-painted minis.
I don't want to make excuses about why they minis STILL aren't in your hands. The short answer is that I was making excellent progress toward delivery just as Covid-19 hit. For me, like many others this created some serious issues, especially concerning my finances. Many of the contracts that I had lined up for my day job simply evaporated or changed which meant that in order to make sure I could still provide for my family I had to massively adjust my priorities toward income-producing activities and drumming up client work. Thankfully I was able to find some good clients that have kept me quite busy. Anyway, as we've started to slowly emerge from the shadow of a pandemic (or at least adapt to a new way of life), my thoughts and efforts have been coming back to the World of Quodd Heroes.
This process has taken longer than I'd hoped but there are some exciting things on the horizon. Included among those exciting things is finally getting those painted minis to you guys. This week I'm wrapping up some business stuff that has been left too long that will clear the way toward incorporation of Wonderment Game (inc.), and a new Kickstarter for the 2nd edition of Quodd Heroes. Starting next week the minis are my first priority to finish. I plan to live stream every day while painting then so you can follow along as I paint YOUR minis.
All of you who backed Quodd Heroes at the Super Limited Edition tier (and higher) have been more patient than anyone could ever have expected was necessary, especially myself. In thanks for that patience, I have decided you guys will all get a full pledge to Quodd Heroes 2nd edition for free. When the KS launches back at the $1 Level and I'll take care of the rest after the campaign. I realize that this may be a small consolation, but I'm happy to have you guys on board with Wonderment Games and for supporting me personally on this journey even if I have dropped the ball a few times. I'm committed to doing better in the future.

Its been a crazy ride for me and many others I know so I'm hoping that you are weathering the storm and taking care of yourself in mind, body, and spirit and managing to get outside when you can while social distancing!

I have created a survey to gather feedback on people's experiences playing Quodd Heroes. I would very much appreciate if you would take a few minutes to complete the survey to share your opinions and experiences learning and playing Quodd Heroes to help me improve the game for future versions. As an incentive, if you provide your email address you'll be entered into a draw to win a full pledge for our next Kickstarter project.
I am working toward a retail edition / 2nd edition of Quodd Heroes. This involves the optimization and improvement of many aspects of Quodd Heroes. I am looking to bring this to Kickstarter early Summer of this year. It will include an "update" pledge for current backers to get only any new / changed content from the current version.
We have created an official custom laser cut insert for Quodd Heroes that will be available through the upcoming Kickstarter and later on QuoddHeroes.com and WondermentGames.com sites. Here are some photos:

Hi heroes!
Its been a long while since I've posted an update. I hope you are all staying safe and healthy in this challenging time! Needless to say Covid-19 has had a massive impact on everyone, myself included. Staying positive by staying connected to friends and family online is important and has been a big help for me!
That being said I thought that having a meeting where I discuss my future and current plans for Quodd Heroes with all of you guys (or as many as can make it) would be a fun thing to do. If you'd like to join in and contribute to those plans and offer feedback on your experiences with the game (good or bad) I would love to hear from you.
