The French scenario book layout is in progress and it should be ready next week.

Thanks for your patience! If you are waiting on rules translations for other languages the announcement was made some time ago that these would not be happening unless we find language publishing partners or translation volunteers with layout skills. Unfortunately the work involved is quite significant and I don't have the bandwidth to handle this right now. If you have a suggestion for how to make this happen for your language please feel free to reach out to me.

Painted minis: For those who backed at the super limited edition level fear not. The minis are coming. I promise to deliver them prior to Essen in Oct! I thank you guys for your patience. Its been a monumental task!

Essen help: 

If you are attending Essen and want to earn some money and help out at the Wonderment Games booth with demoing Quodd Heroes please send an email to [email protected] and let me know your availability. I can provide an exhibitor badge, hourly compensation and an exclusive Wonderment Games shirt as well as snacks and refreshments. Our booth is a little bigger this year so we will have 3 or 4 demo tables available so I will need as much help as I can get this year. If you have already reached out to help please do so again and I'll start to build a schedule.

Rulebook + Scenario book updates

Hi Heroes!

I just returned home from a VERY successful Gen Con 2019 I'm getting back to work on outstanding Quodd Heroes tasks including rule and scenario updates, translation, and painting minis!

What happened at Gen Con:

• I Had Quodd Heroes available to sell for the first time at a convention and nearly sold out of the 100 copies, expansions and dice I had on hand!
•  The Wonderment Games team and I demoed and shared the game with hundreds of new players! (Thanks for Heidi, Whitney, Emmanuel, Dawn, Mackenzie, Nate and Jayde for their amazing help!)
• We held the world's first Quodd Heroes tournament (World Championships!), which while not a large tournament, was lots of fun! Congratulations for Danny Dawson for emerging victorious after two scenarios (a rally followed by a pick-up and deliver race).  I look forward to next year's event being much larger and with some amazing prizes! Quodd Heroes Worlds #2 here we come!
• I met many fantastic backers, new faces and old!

Rule and Scenario Updates:

What has changed:

Rule Book: 

•  Added important missing information regarding movement skills
• Refined bomb rules description
• Added default range for Q-powers info
• Revised teleporter rules description
• Added missing token placement rules to token reference section

Scenario Book:

• fixed deck setup instructions for solo scenarios

A more extensive rulebook overhaul is in the works to make learning the game easier. If you have suggestions for improvements please comment here!

Some other things are on the horizon which I will announce very soon!

Gen Con Tournament and other goodies

Hi Heroes!

As you may know, I will be at Gen Con again this year for the best 4 days of gaming in North America. You can find me and the team at booth 2669 near the back of the main hall. Please stop by and say hello! There will also be a very limited number of promo cards leftover from last year if you want to grab them to augment your copy of Quodd Heroes.

You will also be able to pick up the game, the Underground expansion and the dice and cloth bag add-on at the booth at special show pricing. 

First ever Quodd Heroes Rally tournament @ Gen Con

As part of Gen Con I will be hosting and running a special Quodd Heroes tournament with an amazing grand prize of a set of hand painted minis to the overall winner. There will be some sort of prize for all participants so come out and have some fun! Please reserve your space for the event which is on Thursday evening at 8:00pm at Lucas Oil stadium.
